If you're looking to get fitter, stronger, and enjoy training outdoors, why not come and give our functional fitness sessions a try?

Our classes combine kettlebells, sandbags, battle ropes, slam balls, bodyweight exercises and more to deliver fun, challenging workouts suitable for all fitness levels.

🗓️ Class Times:
• Monday – 6:30pm
• Thursday – 6:30pm
• Saturday – 8:30am

No gym walls, no mirrors – just fresh air, great people, and effective training.
