Reaching Out Project ✈️🌟

Our Reaching Out Project runs every Tuesday from 4.15–6pm at 41 River House, The Mall, Newry.

Designed for young people aged 11–13, these pre-booked cafe sessions create a supportive space to:
Build social confidence
Increase self-esteem
Learn healthy friendships & communication
Manage setbacks in a safe environment

The project includes a one hour supported interactive workshop, followed by a supported social health space where young people can relax chat and connect with others in the group

There are over 50 course and activities available aswell as one off events, sessions and trips throught the year.

💫 Join us for the ultimate day of Yoga and self care in the unique setting of Mary Catherine's Cottage, Hilltown, Co. Down.

Take some time out from the busyness of daily life to refresh and recharge. We will practice breathwork, physical poses, intention setting, mindfulness and guided relaxation, all while experiencing spectacular views of the Mourne Mountains and the serene gardens of the cottage.

There will be plenty of breaks and time to savour healthy, hearty food prepared by the amazing Leafy Greens & Co.

We hope you will leave feeling energised, refreshed and inspired.

The day will cost £75, with £10 from every ticket going to Cancer Focus Northern Ireland. With Cancer affecting 1 in 2 people, the charity provides support to cancer patients and their carers, offering prevention programmes and funding essential research.

This will be an invigorating workshop. We will work on strength and length in the body with strong standing poses and a breath-led focus, finishing with an extended guided yoga nidra. It is recommended for those with 3 months+ regular yoga practice.
