It is always such a privilege to give reflexology treatments. each session is more than just a touch - it’s a space where people share their stories and struggles and sometimes the parts of life they don’t share out loud. I’m grateful for the trust placed in me to be part of someone’s journey and wellbeing. Each treatment reminds me how powerful care and connection can be. That’s me finished for the day and time for my self care ✨🪷🍃

The liminal space can tell you a lot. It’s the here, but not yet there. A pause for encountering peace and an opportunity for inward reflection. A time where wonder is at our core with grace to go deeper and the soul readies for rebirth or at times to pick up fragments of ourselves that were lost to us. 🪷🤍🪷

Life is not linear so don’t expect it to be. Neither is healing, empower yourself without the need for outside validation. Free yourself from judgement, most of its projection anyway 🪻🤍🪻

This is the lovely lady who first introduced me to reflexology during one of the hardest times of my life. When I was grieving my mum, Martina held space for me with such compassion and helped me discover a therapy that shifted so much of the heaviness I was carrying — physically, mentally and emotionally.

Today, Martina visited me with her husband for their own reflexology session, and it felt like such a beautiful full-circle moment. I’m filled with gratitude for this incredible therapist with a huge heart, whose kindness and gift for healing made such a difference when I needed it most.

So grateful our paths crossed, Martina, you are truly wonderful 💕🪻💕 touch by Martina , check out her page and her fabulous new therapies on offer 🙌🏼🍃😌

Most of us are running around juggling many things for many people and this can lead to stress which impacts us on many levels. This can trigger the fight or flight response which releases cortisol and adrenaline which can play havoc with your heart rate and blood pressure. If this continues, which for many of us it can. The chronic stress caused can lead to an arrray of physical and mental/ emotional issues, including digestive problems, anxiety, sleep disturbances, headaches and a weakened immune system, to name a few. The physical symptoms of chronic stress can present itself as aches and pains, especially in the shoulders and neck, fatigue, changes in weight and appetite, over eating/under eating, anxiety and depression, difficulty concentrating, memory issues and negative thought patterns. I have had my fair share of this myself and sought another way. Pills do not cure every ill and while they cut off your body’s natural reaction to pain signals by blocking the pain signals altogether, either by preventing the body from producing pain causing chemicals or by interfering with the nerve pathways that send signals to the brain, the pain is still there, you just can’t feel it. Pain is not your enemy, it is your bodies cry for help. Dis Ease in the body is disease, one way or another. If this resonates with you and you might want to find a different approach that lends to your current treatment, give me a shout Gleneden Holistic Therapies 🪷🤍🪷
