Some reviews after our 1-2-1s

"A truly transformative experience – gentle, thoughtful, and effective
We reached out to Sue for support with our 3-year-old’s very long and drawn-out bedtime routine. From the very first conversation, it was clear that Sue approaches sleep with empathy, insight, and a deep understanding of children and families. She doesn’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions – instead, she takes the time to get to know your child’s personality, the family dynamics, and what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Sue helped us step into our child’s world, better understand his needs, and make small but meaningful changes that brought immediate results. Bedtimes now feel calmer, more connected, and far less exhausting. We’ve come away with not just a better routine, but more confidence as parents and a stronger bond with our little one.
If you’re looking for someone who sees the whole child, works with compassion, and brings clarity and light to parenting challenges – Sue is absolutely the one to call."
Kotryna

“Since our consultation he’s been very loving and very cuddly, sleeping much better and his behaviour has done a total 180.
A much happier household!”

Why?
Because confidence isn’t built in one week during August panic mode.

It grows slowly through:
🙂 play
🖐 preparation
🥰 emotional safety
🤪 tiny repeated experiences

Starting now means less pressure later.

That’s exactly why I’m hosting my FREE Super School Ready Confidence Masterclass on June 10th

If you want to join us, see the l ink in comments

Play is often the fastest route to cooperation.

Every Thursday I'm sharing one little snippet from the work I do with parents around sleep, toileting and behaviour.
Small shifts, real results.

Add in a little dance as you greet them and start the day adding in some fun.

The funny voices,
The daft songs,
The stupid faces across the room.
None of it is wasted.
They are watching every expression you make and filing it away.
That's emotional intelligence being built each day.

Does anyone else feel this strange mix of…

😁 proud
😆 excited
😭emotional
🙂‍ relieved
☹️ sad

…when their child starts school?

One minute you’re thinking.

“They’re ready.”

And the next.

“How did we get here so fast?”

Because school starting is big for children…
but it’s big for parents too.

You can feel proud of their independence
AND still miss the little version of them.👍

You can feel excited for them
AND grieve the end of a chapter.

Both can exist together

Would love you to tell me honestly below ⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇

What feelings are coming up for you most about your child starting school?

Before I created my Parenting Solutions Hub, a mum bought my Transitions Resource separately.

A few weeks later she sent me this:

“We seem to have cracked the nursery drop off handover. No tears for 2 weeks.”

And honestly, this is exactly why I created the hub.

Parents don’t need more overwhelm.

They need practical support that actually helps in real family life.

The Transitions Resource is now one of many courses and guides included inside the Parenting Solutions Hub for £20/month.

Come and join and see for yourself.
Can cancel anytime.
