Trainers background:
I have been thoroughly interested in fitness and have practiced almost every type workout routine since the age of 15,
I have studied P.E. and Sports science as well as overcoming sickness and serious injuries over my years of training
including 3 knee dislocations and a painfull back injury which caused me to baloon up in weight
and have to lose it with these dissadvantages. since then i have gotten back into
the best shape of my life and my prefered training method is powerlifting. I research fitness and
weight training every day to stay on top of all the latest trends and discoveries and am highly focused
on the scientific approach to meeting all my clients needs

from beginner to intermediate lifter and above with advice on nutrition and various
training principles to help with fat loss and muscle building, how to use correct form
and what supplements to use to get the best out of every training session.
