6 weeks of fitness, 30 sessions total, price £289

Here’s what the days will look like:

⭐️Mondays 7am to 7:45am
🧘‍♀️Bands, body weight and light dumbbells.

Focusing on form and control.
Getting a pump through repetitions, learning excellent movement patterns.

Focusing on smaller muscles eg glute 🍑medius, minimus, adductors, foot muscles, tva, rotator cuff, lower traps etc

Balance ⚖️ exercises - single leg holds, foot control.

Focusing on mind-muscle connection. 📶

Expect this session each week to be slow, focused, heart rate pretty steady.

⭐️Tuesdays 7:10am to 7:45am
😅HIIT - high intensity interval training.

Expect this session to be demanding.

🫀70- 95% of heart rate, followed by rest periods of 60% (ish) heart rate

⭐️Wednesdays 7am to 7:45am
💪🏼Upper body session, medium to heavier weights.

True bodybuilding session.

Wide rep ranges between 8 to 30 depending on exercise being performed.

Heart rate will be pretty stable but muscles will be tired 😪😎

You can build as much muscle with lightweight as you can’t with heavyweights as long as you go close to failure. 🫨

⭐️Thursdays 7:10am to 7:45am
Cardio but not true HIIT

✅We will still be using the same format as HIIT, but I won’t be taking you to the same max rate heart intensity.

🫀What that means is you’ll still get a really great cardiovascular workout, but you won’t be gassed 😮‍💨 by the end of it.

It’s also going to be a more moderate and enjoyable intensity so I can really push you on the Friday session.

⭐️Fridays 7am to 7:45am
Another true bodybuilding session.

✅This time we are going to hit the lower body hard - quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes

Mixing it with some core/ upper if appropriate to rest legs 🦵🏽

🙋🏼‍♀️Today a client told me a medical professional said her scale weight was “too high” and she needed to lose weight……and that was it.🙈No strategy🙈No context🙈No conversation about muscle vs body fat🙈No mention of energy, recovery, or bone healthThat’s not good enough.✨ Health is so much more than a number on a scale.👀 Just because someone is lighter, doesn’t mean they’re healthier.📚 I shared this example with my fit women online today:Two groups in a calorie deficitNeither group was training👉🏽 One slept 5.5 hours👉🏽 One slept 8.5 hours😮 The group sleeping 5.5 hours lost significantly (25%) more muscle and ended up with a worse body composition❗️(and that’s without adding resistance 🏋🏽‍♀️training,which we KNOW helps preserve muscle and shape your body.)💡 This is why I coach the way I do.💪🏽 As a nutrition coach and personal trainer, I teach you how to become fitter, stronger, and actually healthier, not just lighter.🤍 Inside my group fitness and 1:1 coaching, you’ll learn:✅how to train properly✅how to fuel your body✅when scale weight matters… and when it doesn’t✨ I’m a mid-40s mum who wants you also feeling strong, confident, and in control of your body for life 💞🔥 We need to do better than just “lose weight”

🙋🏽‍♀️The spaces you spend time in and the people you spend time with, will either raise 💫you… or keep you where you are.

Both physically and mentally.

🤔Pay attention to what’s normalised around you.
The standards, conversations, expectations.

Because over time, we stop questioning it… and we start becoming like our environment.

✅That’s why the right community matters.

👭Being around women who show up for themselves and take care of their bodies. Women who move with discipline and intention, it shifts what feels “normal” 🤍

You don’t have to force motivation, you need a community that supports you, where you just rise to the level of the room ⬆️
