Just sharing my little shop from Waitrose. I love other people’s shopping and I think it’s really useful to show that I am human and that my entire shop is not just ‘healthy food’.😁 Please ask questions if you have any.

Can I tell you something I wish someone had sat me down and said?

In your 50s, your body isn’t broken. It’s just changed. And the way you need to look after it has changed too.

But here’s what nobody talks about — it’s not just about food.

When you’re tired (and God, the midlife tired is a different kind of tired 😅), your hunger hormones actually go haywire. Your body starts screaming for quick energy. Sugar. Carbs. That 4pm biscuit you didn’t even really want. That’s not weakness — that’s biology.

And the stress. Cortisol doesn’t just make you feel wired and exhausted at the same time — it makes you hungry. Especially for the wrong things. Especially at the wrong time of day.

Then there’s the pattern so many women fall into without realising — skipping breakfast or eating too little during the day because life is busy and you’re trying to be “good.” And then 8pm arrives and you’ve eaten half the kitchen because your body has been running on empty for hours.

A proper balanced meal at the right time would have stopped all of that. But nobody explained why.

And habits? They creep. One glass of wine becomes two. The nightly snack becomes the norm. Before long you’re in a cycle that feels really hard to break — especially without anyone to be accountable to.

I know because I’ve been there. I’m a Registered Nutritionist and I still had to take my own advice. Properly.

So I built something I genuinely wish had existed for me.

The Midlife Wellness Memberships launch this Monday — real, evidence-based support built specifically for women in midlife. Understanding your body, breaking the cycles, building habits that actually stick. With accountability built in.

Three tiers to suit where you are right now, with the option to add gym classes at Infinity Fitness here in Tilehurst.

You deserve to feel like yourself again. Actually — better than before. ✨

Nobody warned me that in your 50s, the habits that were totally fine before… suddenly aren’t. 🙈

The glass of wine a few nights a week. The daily cappuccino. Eating well — but just a bit too much. None of it felt like a problem. Until it did.

I hadn’t changed dramatically. But my body had. Especially around my middle.

So I did what any nutrition nerd would do — I went looking for the evidence. What actually works for women in midlife? Not the quick fixes. Not the fads. The real stuff.

I tried it on myself first. It worked.

And that’s exactly why I built the Midlife Wellness Memberships 🌿

Launching this Monday — three tiers to suit where you are right now, with the option to add gym classes at Infinity Fitness here in Tilehurst.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know I talk a lot about what’s actually happening in the body in midlife — the weight gain, the sleep, the energy, the mood shifts that seem to come from nowhere.

What I haven’t talked about enough is the support I’ve put together for women who want to go beyond the content and actually do something about it.

So here it is. Three levels of membership, each one designed for a different stage of readiness — from building your knowledge at your own pace, to going deeper with monthly live talks, to a full programme with fortnightly Q&As and personal support from me.

There’s no wrong place to start. The right level is simply the one that matches where you genuinely are right now.

Swipe to see what’s available — and DM me if you have any questions. No hard sell, I promise.

Exercise IS important for fat loss. Just not in the way you think. 🏋️‍♀️
I see so much confusion around this — either exercise is sold as the answer to everything, or people are told it barely matters compared to diet. Neither is true, and both leave women feeling like they’re failing when they’re not.
The reality? Exercise and nutrition work together. Resistance training in particular is one of the best things you can do for your body in your 40s and 50s — not just for fat loss, but for your metabolism, your bones, your mood, and your long-term health.
Swipe through for the full breakdown 👉
And if this is the kind of no-nonsense nutrition content you’ve been looking for, give me a follow — this is what I’m here for.
