Having battled with my own mental health for most of my twenties, I experienced firsthand the toll that chronic stress and seeking external validation can have on one's well-being. As a former actor, I constantly sought approval from others, hoping to be deemed worthy or talented enough. However, this re
lentless pursuit left me feeling drained, anxious, and lacking in confidence. It was during the pandemic that I took a step back and reflected on my life, realising the need to prioritise my mental health. This decision meant stepping away from the acting industry, which had been a significant part of my identity. Although it was a difficult choice, it was necessary for my self-discovery and healing journey. During this period of reflection, I discovered the power of breathwork as a means to balance and release pent-up emotions. Breathwork became my tool for self-care, providing a safe space for me to express and process heavy emotions. I was immediately hooked and wanted to share this transformative practice with others. With a background in acting and singing, I recognised the importance of taking care of oneself both physically and mentally. Combining my passion for the science behind the body and breath, I became a trauma-informed practitioner, guiding others on their own healing journeys. I now offer workshops that incorporate breathwork, meditation, and community support to empower individuals and help them live the fulfilling lives they deserve. When I'm not guiding others on this transformative path, you can find me finding solace in the sea, indulging in the latest foodie obsession, or singing along to musical theatre. Through my own struggles and experiences, I have discovered my soul purpose of being an anxiety healer and mind-body guide, and I am committed to sharing the gift of breathwork to help others find balance, release, and inner peace.
