A Post It through the door led to twice a week ever since. 🙌

When do you really use your arms without your core? 🤔 Probably… never.

We’re often taught to train them separately - arms here, core there. But your body doesn’t work like that.

Every time you lift, push, pull or reach, your arms and core work together. That’s exactly how we train in Pilates.

In this sequence, every movement builds both upper body strength and core stability - no isolation, just strong, connected movement.

The result? Stronger arms, a supportive core and a body that moves with ease and confidence.

NO. Not even a little bit.

What you DO need:
✓ Comfortable clothes you can move in
✓ Willingness to learn
✓ An open mind

What you DON'T need:
✗ Previous Pilates experience
✗ To be already fit or flexible
✗ To know what you're doing
✗ To feel confident (nerves are normal!)

Pilates is for every body, at every stage, at every level. The only way to start is to start.
