Emotional boundary setting is key to overcoming stress issues, building confidence & feeling well.
But it’s not easy at first!!
It’s so important though so worth investing in.
We can’t create healthy relationships with ourselves or others if we don’t respect our needs.
Not setting clear boundaries can lead to conflict, stress and burnout.
