✨ What if the story you keep telling yourself isn’t the whole truth?
This week, we are exploring The Stories We Carry: Seeing Beyond Avidyā.
Avidyā is the yogic idea of not seeing clearly—the way old beliefs, fears and past experiences can cloud how we see ourselves.
Through movement, breath and stillness, we’ll gently notice the stories beneath the surface:
“I’m not good enough.”
“I should be coping better.”
“I can’t change.”
“I need to get everything right.”
We are not trying to judge or push these thoughts away. We are simply creating enough space to ask:
Is this really true—or is it simply a story I have learned to believe?
Join me on the mat this week as we soften beyond old patterns and reconnect with the quieter truth of who we are. 🤍
Our mantra:
I create space to see clearly.
