Ché Bond is an inspiring and vibrant woman from South Africa with a profound love for the ocean and a deep-seated penchant for adventure. From an early age, she felt an intrinsic connection to nature, discovering that the soothing presence of water provided her with immense healing and inner tranquility. In the year 2000, Ché found her way to yoga during a period of uncertainty and search for purp

ose in her life. Initially, her yoga practice was centered on physical movement, offering her a sense of calm and equilibrium. However, as her journey progressed, she realized that yoga was much more than just poses; it became a powerful inward journey, allowing her to explore her mind and return to her true self. After welcoming her second daughter in 2013, Ché experienced a transformative realization—that her true calling was to share the beauty and depth of yoga with others. This epiphany led her to begin her training as a yoga teacher at a Buddhist center in London. Since then, Ché has dedicated her career to guiding others in finding their passion, gaining clarity, and seeking deeper meaning through the practices of yoga and meditation. Now based in Berkshire, UK, Ché teaches weekly classes in person and online, Evening & Day Retreats in Knowl Hill and Retreats abroad for adults from all backgrounds who are looking to discover and reclaim their inner power. Her sessions are filled not only with practical yoga techniques but also with rich philosophical insights that encourage students to embark on their own inward journey to uncover their truths. If you find yourself at a crossroads in life, Ché can help create the space need to identify what brings joy into life and facilitate the way forward. Ché passionately believes that the answers we seek are already within us, and through her teachings, she empowers individuals to navigate their inner landscapes, allowing them to discover their true passions and life's purpose.

How often do we know exactly what nourishes us, yet choose something else?
We know the walk in nature would soothe our nervous system.
We know the yoga practice would help us feel grounded.
We know the conversation, the rest, the creativity, the stillness our heart is longing for.
Yet so often we choose obligation over intuition.
Expectations over truth.
Busyness over presence.
The soul whispers long before it shouts.
This week’s invitation is simple:
✨ Pause.
✨ Listen.
✨ Notice what genuinely nourishes you.
✨ Then have the courage to choose it.
Not because it’s easy.
Not because everyone will understand.
But because your life becomes richer, softer and more aligned when you honour what your heart already knows.
What is one thing that truly nourishes your soul that you can choose more of this week?

This week we’re exploring the difference between what feels expansive and what feels contractive in our lives. Expansion isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s the quiet decision to trust yourself. To take the step you’ve been avoiding. To say yes to what lights you up. To create space for what truly nourishes your soul. Expansion for feels like: ✨Freedom✨Energy ✨Joy ✨Alignment. While contraction shows up as:🌙 Fear 🌙 Resistance 🌙 Self-Doubt 🌙 Overwhelm. Try this flow and notice what arises. Where it in your life are you being invited to expand? Pause. Listen. Trust what you hear. ✨ Your body often knows before your mind is ready to understand.

Climbing Toubkal was one of those experiences that took me far beyond every mental block I thought I had.

There were moments when I was exhausted. Moments when I felt emotional. Moments when I genuinely didn’t think I could take another step.

But one thing kept echoing through my mind — a teaching I share often in my classes:

Your body is capable of so much more than the limitations your mind places upon it.

Step by step, breath by breath, I learnt how to dig deep. I learnt how to keep going when every part of me wanted to stop. I discovered resilience I didn’t know I had.

And it was so incredibly worth it.

Standing on the summit of Mount Toubkal, looking out across the vastness of North Africa, was one of the most awe-inspiring moments of my life.

A reminder that growth rarely happens within our comfort zones. That we are often capable of far more than we believe. And that some of life’s greatest rewards are found on the other side of the climb.

✨ The mountain didn’t just change the view around me. It changed the way I see myself.

Quote for the end of the post:

“The summit wasn’t the victory. The person I became on the way up was.” ⛰️✨

How often do we let fear and uncertainty stop us from taking the next step?

In the Bhagavad Gita, Arjuna stands frozen by doubt, wanting to turn away from what lies ahead. Yet yoga teaches us that courage isn’t the absence of fear—it’s moving forward with wisdom, integrity and purpose despite it.

This week’s theme, Pause & Listen, invites us to slow down and tune in. To hear the quiet voice beneath the noise. To recognise the fear, honour it, and then choose not to let it lead.

Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is trust what our heart already knows.

✨ My latest YouTube video explores the yogic teachings of courage and how we can use them to navigate life’s uncertainties.

What is your heart calling you towards right now?

PAUSE & LISTEN 🌿. As we step into June beneath the light of the Sagittarius Full Moon, it’s a time to slow down. Not because you’ve failed. Not because you’re behind. But because wisdom doesn’t arrive when we’re rushing. It arrives in the pause. This month we’ll be exploring what truly nourishes the soul as we journey towards the Summer Solstice. And it begins with on simple invitation: ✨Pause. ✨Breathe. ✨Listen. Ask yourself today: what is my soul asking for more of right now? Don’t think too hard. Just notice what arises. I’d love to hear your answers?

Last night we gathered beneath the expansive energy of the Sagittarius Moon. 🌕

Together we explored what it means to live more truthfully, to question the stories that keep us small and to courageously aim our lives towards what truly matters.

Through movement, breath, meditation, journalling, ritual and crystalline sound, we created space to pause, listen and reconnect with the bigger picture of our journey.

We reflected on where we may be silencing ourselves to belong, where we are being called to become more visible, and what truth is ready to be expressed.

As the fire burned, so too did the limiting beliefs, fears and old stories we are ready to release.

The Sagittarius archer reminds us that expansion begins when we trust ourselves enough to follow the horizon calling us forward.

✨ Your voice matters.
✨ Your truth matters.
✨ Your light was never too much.

Thank you to every beautiful woman who shared her energy, wisdom and heart. What a special evening. 💛

Tonight we gather beneath the expansive energy of the waxing moon in Sagittarius. The archer reminds us to lift our gaze beyond the demands of everyday life and reconnect with the bigger vision of our lives. To question the stories that keep us small. To trust the truth that lives within us. To courageously aim our arrow towards what truly matters. So many women spend years dimming their light, softening their voice and abandoning parts of themselves in order to belong. But what if your radiance isn’t something you need to find? What if it’s what naturally shines through when you stop hiding who you are? “This moon is your reminder: your voice, your truth and your light were never too much.” There are just a few spaces left for tonight’s Soul Connection Circle. If your soul is whispering yes, trust it. ✨
