💚 World Mental Health Day 💚

Sometimes, it's okay not to be okay.

Sometimes we go quiet, withdraw from the world, cancel plans or disappear for a little while. Not because we don't care, but because sometimes we're simply trying to cope with everything we're carrying inside.

And the people who truly know us? They notice. They see beyond the silence, beyond the smiles, and understand that sometimes, we're hurting even when we don't have the words to explain it.

But please remember, you don't always have to carry everything alone. It's okay to reach out, it's okay to ask for help, and it's okay to say, "I'm not okay today."

You don't have to pretend to be strong every single day. Sometimes, just getting through the day is enough. 🤍

Check on your people. Be kind. And remember to check in with yourself, too. You never truly know what someone is going through behind closed doors. ✨

Maybe you’re looking for a way to slow down, reconnect with yourself and learn something you can carry with you for the rest of your life.
🌿 Reiki Level 1 Training – Sunday 11th October 11am–4pm 🌿
Reiki is a beautiful Japanese energy healing practice that can support relaxation, mindfulness, emotional wellbeing and a deeper connection with yourself.

✨ THIS IS MY SIGNATURE FACIAL ✨

There are facials… and then there’s my Soul Healing Facial. 🌿✨

This treatment is something very close to my heart and one I’m incredibly proud to offer at Luna Love & Light.

I’m a qualified facialist, but I’m also a qualified Reiki Master Teacher and have undertaken specialist training in combining Reiki with facial treatments.

That’s why my Soul Healing Facial isn’t simply a facial with a little Reiki added in.

It’s my signature Reiki-infused facial experience, bringing together skincare, facial massage, Reiki energy work, sound healing and deeply relaxing wellbeing techniques to create something that is completely unique to my treatment room. ✨

💚 Beautiful skincare
💚 Reiki energy healing
💚 Relaxation & facial massage
💚 Sound healing
💚 Energy work
💚 Time to completely switch off

It’s about caring for your skin AND your wellbeing.

And because this is my signature treatment, I want to remind you that you can experience the original Soul Healing Facial here at Luna Love & Light. 🌙

If you’ve been meaning to book some time for yourself, perhaps this is your sign. ✨
