Official a teenager......Happy 13th Birthday to our amazing third born, we know life is hard for you at the moment and the school system as failed you with no education at all for the last 2 years but you always try your best and you are being letting down. But remember, the system was not built for some children to sit behind a desk but to be more creative and hands-on. You are an individual, and you were never meant to fit into that box.....

Half-term cuddles.
Hearing my boys laugh.
No rushing. No school stress.
Just time together making memories in our own little way 💛
Every morning, I write in this little book: • what I’m grateful for
• what I’m looking forward to
• little reminders to stay present
Then, at the end of the day, I fill its pages with thoughts, quotes, songs, and the tiny moments I never want to forget ✍️✨
Some days, gratitude feels easy.
Some days, you have to look a little harder for it.

“What does half term look like in your house?” ☀️💭

Because honestly… every family is different. Every child is different. And every parent is just trying to make it work in a way that works for their kids. 🤍
I see so many posts about parents struggling to get their children out the door and that’s completely valid. But in our house? I’ve got the opposite, too 😂
One child is happiest staying home, chatting to friends online, and gaming in his safe little world. Another can not sit still for five minutes, needs to be outside constantly, wants stimulation, adventure, movement, and says he’s bored if we’re indoors too long. Then there’s the balance of the older ones and younger ones, all needing completely different things at the same time.
Sometimes, it takes us longer to leave the house. Sometimes, plans change. Sometimes, someone melts down while someone else is climbing the walls with excitement. But eventually… we get there.
And that’s enough. 🌊

Half term doesn’t have to look picture-perfect. Some kids recharge indoors. Some regulate outdoors. Some need routine. Some need freedom. Some need both in the same day.
There’s no “right” way to do parenting, SEND parenting, or school-break parenting.
This photo is one of those little moments where everything slowed down for a minute… no school pressure, no expectations, just being a child. 🤍

and are officially curating a high-vibrancy line-up for the upcoming Wild Moon Rising Mystical Fair in Theale, Berkshire and applications are now open.
Our goal is to create a beautifully balanced, supportive space for our community, featuring unique paths and beautiful stalls. To ensure everyone has a successful day, we strictly limit the number of stalls per category to avoid overcrowding and competing.

✨ We are currently looking for:
• Intuitives: Tarot, astrology, palmistry, and mediumship readers.
• Healers & Therapists: Reiki, crystals, reflexologists, and other holistic therapists.
• Artisans: Handmade goods, crystals, jewellery, candles, herbs, mystical art, etc.
• Refreshments: Speciality teas, elixirs, and vegan/spiritual treats.

📅 Event Details:
• When: 8th August 2026, 10 am - 4 pm
• Where: Theale Village Hall, Theale, Berkshire, RG7
• Expect: Indoor spaces and a beautiful, supportive atmosphere

Watching your child struggle with school-based anxiety can break your heart in ways people don’t always see. 💔
