Let's delve into the journey of healing, an ongoing process that demands strength, self-awareness, a growth mindset, and patience, as the ebbs and flows vary in intensity and duration.
My quest for healing began in 2010, prompted by existential questions on the way to Microsoft HQ, leading me to explore various practices like yoga, pilates, breathwork, workshops, retreats, therapy, and more. Despite investing over 15 years of my life in these disciplines, and obtaining qualifications in many to aid others on their healing path, I sensed the need for a fresh perspective.
This led me to the profound discovery of acupuncture and cupping, thanks to Acupuncture Balance Method, unveiling their transformative potential.
I started my sessions earlier this year while grappling with intrusive traumatic memories, which left me drained and disheartened.
