Will AI replace care workers?

Our CEO, Valerie Michie, doesn’t think so. In fact, she believes care could be one of the most future-proof careers there is.

In our latest blog, Valerie explores how AI and technology can make care better, while the human connection at its heart remains irreplaceable.

Perhaps the career advice for the future generation is no longer just “learn to code” – it’s “learn to care.”

How do we promote independence?

Great care isn’t about doing everything for someone, it’s about supporting people to build independence.

From empowering confidence and developing everyday skills to encouraging choice and control, we put the people we support first.

Because independence can look different for everyone, and sometimes, the right support is simply being there to encourage someone 💚
