If you've called a few times to talk about equipment, care needs, or any concern, chances are you were talking to Paula.
In her role, she's the calm, steady and making sure every person we support gets care that's not just professional, but genuinely kind!
Paula has a gift for making people feel heard, whether that's a family member worried about a service user, or a new carer on their first day, nervous about getting it right.💜
Outside of Enliva's office, Paula is the person who'll always ask how you're doing before talking about work and actually mean it.
We're lucky to have her on the team. 🧡
