Today is about improvements and performance, nothing special or too big

That’s KAIZEN or the 1% rule.

Changes or improvements don’t happen overnight, instead we build up steady and surely, that’s how we are sure that we do things right, we can do as little as 1% to get better everyday, and if we do it, we definitely improve.

That’s what happened today, from performance checks to rota planning to the office background work or what is not always seen, we done it! I can say that it was more than 1%🤭

Thank you to our strong team for showing up, doing the best thing they do, Care!

Another surprise today!

We started the day and the week full of energy and productivity, but this is not the surprise!

Our field care supervisor came to the office today for the week handover and she kindly brought us those gorgeous donuts 🍩

Furthermore, as we started the week with energy and another induction, Bianca brought donuts to our trainees as well!

I say that we had better memory today due to the glazed ones🤭

Tomorrow we will finish another induction and we will welcome to our robust team another 3 people that are dedicated, passionate and hard working, also full of experience.

I am confident when I say that we have a team full of tens!

Today’s reminder about our well done job!💜

We had a great time today as one of the service users’s family came over and surprised us with a beautiful thank you card and lovely chocolate!

You know the goosebumps? That’s what we felt!
Doing your job with compassion and dedication it is one of the greatest rewards, but doesn’t it help when the people you care for are so confirming your mission?

Today has been productive!

We don’t have something special to show you today, but we can appreciate that today’s day was full of things.

Starting with supportive calls, to technical matters and then the background work that keeps the things running smooth and ensures the person centred care, we have done them all!

Today we finished another productive induction program. The trainees were fully engaged, very hands on and ready to work already! I can’t help but aplaud their initiative!
