How would you define spirituality for you?

My own definition of spirituality is the opening and healing from the heart, the journey towards ever increasing love and compassion and all the other qualities that go with that. Both individually and for the whole evolution of humanity.
For me I am not setting New Years resolutions. At the moment I am asking myself how do I personally sabotage my best efforts to love, to be love ?💟
