‼️Cancellation Policy‼️

Effective immediately, due to a number of clients cancelling last minute recently, I have updated my cancellation policy. Please remember I am a small business and last minute cancellations results in limiting my ability to offer appointments to other clients.

⭐️ All bookings will now require a £30 non refundable deposit at time of booking via a bank transfer.

⭐️ Cancellations than occur with less than 48 hours notice to your appointment will incur the loss of the £30 deposit.

⭐️ I am flexible and appointments can be rescheduled if notice is given with more than 48 hours notice - please note this is subject to availability of appointments.

A polite notice: I provide a complementary 14 day review post treatment which is arranged on the day of treatment. The botulinum toxin needs to be discarded 14 days post dilution, this is to ensure the toxin is effective, there is no risk of increased bacterial levels and to ensure my practice is safe and within the manufacture guidelines. If you are not able to make the review, please contact me and I will try to perform the review slightly earlier if enough notice is given but I am unable to offer this at a later date.
