💛 Postnatal Wellbeing Group – The Koala Tree 💛

Becoming a parent can bring so many different emotions, and sometimes it can help simply to connect with others who understand.
The Koala Tree is running a FREE 5-week Postnatal Wellbeing Group, offering a supportive and welcoming space for new parents to share experiences, reflect and feel a little less alone. 🌿

📅 Mondays from 14th September for 5 weeks
⏰ 10:00am – 11:30am
👶 For parents with babies under 6 months – babies are welcome!
📍 The Koala Tree, Canon Newton House (Floor 2), Kingfisher Shopping Centre, Redditch
💚 Free to attend

This group may be particularly helpful if you’ve been feeling low, anxious, isolated or simply finding the transition into parenthood harder than expected.

🌟NEW GROUP COMING SOON – Postnatal Wellbeing Group 🌟

Our Postnatal Wellbeing Group is a supportive space for new parents to connect, reflect and feel less alone in the realities of early parenthood.

Across 5 sessions, we will explore identity, expectations, relationships, emotions and the pressure to be the ‘perfect’ parent. Share experiences, meet other new parents and learn strategies for wellbeing and self-compassion along the way.

This group is ideal for new parents who may be feeling low, anxious or alone after having a baby.

Your wellbeing matters too 🤍

We've had an unexpected cancellation for our 16 hour antenatal course running next week. The family have generously donated it to someone in need.

This is aimed at July/August babies and runs from 5th May -23rd June (No class 26th May).

Full preparation for labour, birth and your journey into parenthood. The good bits, the hard bits and all of the choices you have available.

Our partially funded place is also available on this course too.
