POV: Feeling loved 🥰❤️ RAMBLE ALERT 🚨

Those who know me will know I do several jobs at the same time… and they’ll also know I ABSOLUTELY love the jobs I do. 🥰

Today, while setting up teepees for a gorgeous little girl’s party, she handed me a picture she had made — covered in hearts — simply to say thank you. 🥹❤️

And honestly, it got me thinking about my other job… my weight loss group.

Because my members aren’t just members to me.

They’re people I genuinely care about. They’re friends. ❤️

I coach them, but I also listen to them. We laugh, we talk, we celebrate the wins, we pick each other up when things aren’t going so well, and we get involved in each other’s lives.

Because it’s never just about the money. It’s never just a number on the scales. And it certainly isn’t about putting on a fake smile for an hour and only caring who turns up.

It’s about the person standing in front of me.

Their struggles. Their achievements. Their confidence. Their life outside the scales.

Some weeks you might smash your goals. Some weeks you might just need someone to listen. And some weeks, simply turning up is the achievement.

That’s what I care about. YOU. ❤️

So yes, I coach weight loss… but what I really hope I create is a little community where people feel supported, listened to, valued and cared about.

And when someone tells me they feel that, or sends me a little reminder that what I do matters… well, that means more than you probably realise. 🥰

It’s never just a number. It’s never just a weigh-in.
And it’s never just a job. ❤️

Tiff joined Evolve Weightloss after having already achieved an amazing 11+ stone loss, but she’d found herself stuck and wanted to try something different.
