It’s a wrap !!
Last day of being redeployed to Kingston Intensive Care Unit 😇
I have been scared , tired , hot , laughed and cried , worked with a wonderful team and learnt so much .
We are all facing challenges daily ... I focused on a positive of each day , got fresh air , allowed myself rest time , controlled the things I could .
My skills in Hypnotherapy helped me for sure .

Set myself a 100 mile target for November 💪🏃‍♀️ this is the final mile 🙌🎉Done it !!!! super pleased ,it’s the most I’ve ever run in a month .
