The banter was non-stop, the jokes were flying, and I may have received a bit of low-key bullying along the way 😂 but they absolutely smashed it!

A client came to us after having their fresh conch and helix pierced with this jewellery.

Although it looks pretty, this is cheap fashion jewellery with externally threaded posts, something we would never use for a fresh piercing.

❌ Externally threaded jewellery has threads on the outside of the post, which can drag through the fresh piercing during insertion and removal, causing irritation, trauma, and potential healing complications.

We replaced them with sterile implant-grade titanium labrets from the TiCouture range by Wholesale Body Jewellery, jewellery specifically designed for safe healing.

And while they were here, we added a cheeky double lobe piercing too 😏✨

💡 Remember: Just because jewellery is sold for piercings doesn’t mean it’s suitable for a fresh piercing.
