I hate that I even have to write this, but it clearly needs to be said.
If you attend your appointment and your service has been completed, you are expected to pay for it. Leaving without paying, claiming payment has gone through when it hasn’t, or allowing payments to decline and walking away is completely unacceptable.
Small businesses are not free services. This is our income, our time, our products, and our livelihood. The money earned from appointments is what pays our bills, keeps our businesses running, puts food on our tables, and helps us provide for our children and families.
People often only see the appointment itself, but behind every service are hours of work, training, preparation, stock costs, rent, and endless expenses that still need paying whether a client pays or not.
Please be aware that our studio is fully covered by CCTV, and any incidents involving non-payment will be taken seriously and dealt with appropriately, including police involvement where necessary.
Respect the people, time, and businesses providing your services.
