Being drawn to the woodland walks this last week. Firstly to collect wild garlic a most important health task every year. Also after so much change of energy for me and many close to me this last year and especially with the full and new moon eclipse in recent weeks I’m feeling like I’ve been through a washing machine- a wanted and necessary cleanse but turbulent. Trees somehow feel protective and comforting like being wrapped in a blanket so if you’re also feeling the celestial turbulence try hugging a tree! And know the full moon yesterday should bring a bit a stability.

There’s no better time to make changes. If you don’t like something about your life/yourself doing nothing different means nothing changes. Small steps will do.
I have a wide range of possibilities you can explore. I’m planning on starting a meditation group once a month. It could be quite spiritual or more motivational according to what is wanted. Let me know any preferences spring into action. NOW.
