Hello, my name is Lee Winchester and I am a Jing Method Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist and a Level 5 Sports and Remedial soft tissue therapist. This means I am qualified to treat a range of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions including low back pain, neck pain, headaches, whiplash, RSI, fibromyalgia and sporting injuries as well as many other conditions which might lead to loss of mobilit
y and a restriction in normal day to day activities. To achieve this, I use a range of safe and effective soft tissue massage techniques with the aim of reducing pain and increasing movement within a 1-6 week time scale. Your treatment will be a combination of proven techniques including fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching, massage, corrective exercise and tailored self-care. The aim is to work alongside you to take care of your physical and emotional needs with a caring listening touch. I have years of experience working with clients who have suffered pain and trauma some of whom I meet in desperate circumstances during my time with Macmillan Cancer Care.
