A Little Update and a Thank You

I'd like to take a moment to update all my valued clients.
Unfortunately, I have been unwell recently, which has created a significant backlog in my appointments. Since returning to work, I have been working seven days a week to try and catch up and ensure that everyone who needs treatment is seen as soon as possible.
I understand that on occasion I may be running later than expected, and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this causes. Please know that I am doing everything I can to get to everyone, and most importantly, I always make sure that I attend your appointment.
I genuinely care about providing the best possible service to all my clients, and I'm working extremely hard to clear the backlog and return to my usual schedule.
During this period, I would be incredibly grateful for a little patience, understanding, and kindness. Your support means a great deal to me, and I truly appreciate every one of you.
