🔥 24 HOURS. 24 HERO WODs. 1 INCREDIBLE CAUSE. 🔥

From midday on the 14th August until midday on the 15th August, the coaches and ITU members of Clwydian CrossFit will take on an incredible challenge — completing a different CrossFit Hero WOD every hour for 24 hours straight.

We’re raising money to help build a garden for the Intensive Care Unit at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, creating a peaceful space for patients, families, and staff during some of life’s most difficult moments.
