Lunches can be a challenge. Busy days and not enough in the fridge. I had a gluten free brioche roll in the freezer, from the summer. I know, a random beef burger too. I wanted to have this to get my iron levels up. I also wanted to have loads of veg. So this is what happened. A healthy burger with cooked š tomatoes and a bit of lettuce, and a bowl of green beans and broccoli. Balance! Super quick. What can you find in your freezer?
