Delighted to finally be opening our doors today.
To offer small group classes at a social distance.

Teachers and clients will be following our new Health & Safety guidelines.

The booking system will be used to ensure we adhere to the Track and Trace requirements.

A sanitising station and thermal temp scanner will be used on entry.

Very excited to invite you along to the studio for Covid secure small group sessions (or private classes)

Come along with your daughter, son, mum, dad, friends, any one you like to spend time with 😊or I can team you up with others if the same level.

Here at 125 New Road, Croxley Green we share the premises with The Green Stores. There is parking directly behind the studio.

It is suitable for every BODY.
Men & Women, from beginners to very athletic & every level in between.

The beauty of small group classes will ensure every session is tailored specific to your needs on the day.

If you have limited mobility and avoid large groups classes or the gym, please do not stop moving completely. Reformer Pilates can work around any ailments of challenges. With a qualified coach the apparatus will offer the assistance and resistance you need.

If you are already athletic, looking for sports conditioning or perhaps a keen runner. Reformer Pilates can offer you the muscle balance, strength and flexibility you need to improve your performance.

Also suitable if you are pregnant or postnatal.

SECLUDED OUTDOOR EXERCISE SPACE

A message for instructors & teachers, regarding Outdoor Exercise & Leisure Space.

Still no easing on the restrictions for indoor group movement / exercise classes 😔

Disappointing for instructors and teachers including

Pilates
Yoga
Dance
PTs
Mum & Baby Class teachers

If it is helpful to anyone I have converted the Fit Well Studio courtyard into a secluded, outdoor exercise space.

You can fit at least 6 x mats, 2m apart, ideal for small groups or one to one's.
