Happy Friday! 🦸‍♂️✨ Today is **National Superman Day**, and it got me thinking… not all superheroes wear capes!

Some superheroes are busy swapping high-calorie takeaways for delicious, healthy "fakeaways." Some are bravely walking through our group doors for the very first time. And some are celebrating life-changing health victories, like lowering their blood pressure or pushing diabetes into remission! 💪🥦

Every single day, I see ordinary people doing extraordinary things for their health, happiness, and families right here in Ripon. You don't need a cape to be a hero, you just need the courage to make a change.

Of course, we want to see England do well 👏and not go out to penalties 🤦‍♀️
Football is ever present in our house and I will probably get involved and watch 📺
