Just a little last call from me for tomorrow night’s Sound Bath 💛
I nearly forgot to mention it this week because I’ve been so busy behind the scenes with the Otago classes, planning some new yoga sessions, and quietly designing new retreats and ideas for us here at The Roade House. There’s lots bubbling away in the background at the moment and honestly… it all feels really exciting.

I also just wanted to take a moment to say thank you, properly.
When I first opened the studio, I don’t think I could have imagined quite how special this little community would become. Whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or you’ve only just walked through the doors recently, thank you for being here.
Thank you for booking classes, chatting after sessions, supporting the café, bringing your friends, recommending us to people, sharing posts, trusting me with your wellbeing, and helping create such a kind atmosphere in the studio every week.

And to all the new faces lately… welcome. I absolutely love seeing the community growing and evolving.

Tomorrow night’s Sound Bath with Shon is going to be a lovely gentle end to the week. A chance to switch off for a couple of hours, get cosy under blankets and just rest.
