​Hello and welcome to Inneflow, where we provide, Coaching, Reiki and Sound Therapy to help you go from where you are to where you want be, emotionally, physically or spiritually and to help you navigate the journey of life. You may have gone through a life changing experience, which could be grief or loss related, had breakdown in your relationship, at a crossroads in your career, you may be feeling lost, lacking direction, purpose or motivation; or you may just need some time out for you to just completely rest, relax and rebalance. Inneflow can help you by holding a therapeutic space for you, where you can emotionally let go, and then grow using holistic coaching techniques, Reiki which is a natural complementary, non intrusive energy based 1-2-1 therapy and Sound therapy which can be done 1-2-1 or you may join a group Soundbath Meditation session. All of which can help you feel more relaxed, reduce stress and anxiety, relieve aches and pains as well as allowing you to grow personally and spiritually.

Two Fridays, with two very different experiences....

Friday 21st August - Gong Bath Mursley Village Hall
An immersive Gong Bath surrounded by the deep resonant tones and vibrations of our gongs.

Friday 28th August - Triple Sound Bath, Woolstone Community Centre
Three sessions throughout the day, giving you the flexibility to choose the time that suits you best.
