Today is so we're celebrating with this super simple recipe for low-calorie pizza perfection ๐Ÿ˜—๐Ÿ‘Œ Make sure you save this one for later! โค๏ธ

Macros: ๐Ÿ“Š 415 kcals, Pro 27g, Carbs 6g, Fat 30g, Sugar 2g, Fibre 10g.

Ingredients:
๐Ÿ• 1 Lo-Dough base
๐Ÿ• 35g of pepperoni
๐Ÿ• 70g of grated mozzarella
๐Ÿ• 2 tablespoons of passata
๐Ÿ• A twist of black pepper

Method: ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ
1๏ธโƒฃ Preheat your oven to 250ยฐC/475F/Gas 9.
2๏ธโƒฃ Spread the passata across the Lo-Dough in a thin layer, right up to the edge.
3๏ธโƒฃ Spread most of the grated cheese on top of the passata and then add the pepperoni. Add the last sprinkle of the cheese and then put the pizza in the oven for 7 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
4๏ธโƒฃ Serve with a crack of black pepper on top.

๐Ÿ• Keto Blue Cheese & Truffled Salami Pizza ๐Ÿ•

This Wednesday is (one of our favourite pizza toppings) ๐Ÿ˜‹ so we thought we'd share this amazing keto friendly pizza - which is FULL of flavour ๐Ÿ˜

The 39 calorie Lo-Dough base gives you the freedom to enjoy toppings like these and still create a delicious pizza for a fraction of the calories. Here's the recipe! ๐Ÿ‘‡

1๏ธโƒฃ Preheat your oven to 220ยฐC/Gas 8.
2๏ธโƒฃ Soften a few slices of red onion and clove of garlic in a pan with a little oil and then add 30g of kale. Cook for a couple of minutes before stirring in 30g of mascarpone.
3๏ธโƒฃ Spread the mix across the Lo-Dough in a thin layer, right up to the edge.
4๏ธโƒฃ Add 70g of gorgonzola and 25g of truffled salami on the top.
5๏ธโƒฃ Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes, or until the pizza has reached your desired crispiness. Remove from the oven and serve with a crack of black pepper.
