Unfortunately, the trampoline will not be available for our sports session today.

However, sports will still be going ahead as normal, and we look forward to seeing everyone there for lots of fun and activities!

Are you a tribute act, singer, impersonator, comedian, or entertainer looking to make a real difference?

Gateway Leisure is looking for performers to join us for a special evening event for the adults we support in Rochdale.

🕡 6:30pm – 9:00pm

Many of the people we support have learning disabilities and love live entertainment, audience interaction, music, laughter, and memorable performances. We're looking for entertainers who can help us create a fun, inclusive, and enjoyable evening for everyone attending.

🎲 Board Games Club Launch – What a Fantastic Success! 🎲

Last Friday, we officially launched our Board Games Club, and what a fantastic evening it was!

We were delighted to welcome so many people along to enjoy an evening of board games, Dungeons & Dragons, social activities, and plenty of fun. It was great to see new friendships being formed, lots of laughter around the tables, and everyone getting involved in the friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The event was a great success, and we'd like to thank everyone who attended and helped make the evening so enjoyable. Whether you were an experienced gamer or trying something new for the first time, it was wonderful to see everyone connecting and having fun together.

We're already looking forward to our next session and hope to see even more people join us. Remember, the Board Games Club runs on the first Friday of every month, so come along and be part of the adventure!

💙 The Power of Volunteering 💙

At our recent Volunteers’ Week celebration, we were incredibly proud when one of our volunteers stood up and gave a heartfelt speech to thank everyone for their support and friendship.

It was a truly touching moment and a wonderful reminder of the positive impact that volunteering can have on people’s lives. Volunteering is not only about giving back to the community—it also helps individuals build confidence, develop new skills, make lasting friendships, and feel a real sense of belonging.

Seeing one of our volunteers speak so confidently in front of a room full of people showed just how much they have grown through their volunteering journey. Moments like these highlight the difference that volunteering can make, not only to the organisations and people being supported but also to the volunteers themselves.

We are incredibly proud of all our volunteers and the amazing contributions they make every day. Thank you for everything you do. 🌟
