Supplement recommendations are one of the most time consuming parts of my work, and for good reason.
Because getting them right isn’t just about choosing the best nutrients for egg quality, s***m health or hormone balance. It’s about making sure they are safe and appropriate for each individual person.
Some of the most commonly recommended fertility supplements can interact with medications.
Others need to be carefully timed. And some medications deplete key nutrients over time, meaning the very thing you’re taking to manage a condition could be quietly working against your fertility at the same time.
Metformin and B12. Thyroxine and iron timing. Blood thinners and high dose omega 3. Biotin and thyroid test accuracy. These are the kinds of interactions that matter and that require proper clinical consideration before any recommendation is made.
And beyond medications; every protocol I build is informed by test results. Not assumptions. Not generic lists. Actual data specific to that person.
Because the right supplement at the wrong dose, at the wrong time or alongside the wrong medication isn’t just ineffective — it can be counterproductive.
This is the level of detail that goes into every single client protocol I build.
If you’d like that level of support for your own fertility journey, just get in touch. Choosing the supplements can be a minefield and I’m here to help.
