Sharon has been working in the Social Care industry since 1999, gaining her Diploma in Social Care in 2004 and her degree with honours at the University of Greenwich in 2010. Sharon is also a qualified teacher (PGCE QTLS) and trains Health and Social Care students and carers across London and the South East. Sharon enjoys training carers and P.A.s. She has been a Registered Care Manger and delivered care herself, so she understands the role of today’s care giver and the pressures they face every day delivering care
