A warm City Way welcome to Rhys! 👋

We’re excited to welcome Rhys to our growing team of Osteopaths!

With a keen interest in sports injury rehabilitation and prevention, Rhys takes a hands-on, structural approach to treatment, helping patients reduce discomfort, improve mobility and, most importantly, build the strength and movement needed to prevent pain from coming back.

His treatments combine hands-on care with tailored rehabilitative exercises, giving patients the tools they need to keep moving and feeling their best. 💪

Outside the clinic, Rhys practices what he preaches! He’s a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, enjoys weight training with his partner, and loves getting out for frequent walks.

We’re thrilled to have him on board — welcome to the City Way team, Rhys! 🎉

Getting our hands dirty for a good cause! 💪

This weekend, we joined the Friends of Victoria Gardens and Jackson's Field cleanup crew to help tidy up the area around Jackson’s Fields — and what a rewarding day it was!

It’s so easy to get caught up in everyday life, but stepping away from the usual routine and doing something positive for our local community was fun, satisfying, and genuinely uplifting. 💚

Even better, we got to meet some wonderful new locals along the way! 👋

A huge well done to everyone who got involved and helped make Rochester that little bit cleaner and brighter. 🙌

Community spirit at its best! 🌱✨
