Yesterday I stepped outside my usual Reiki world and into the fascinating world of Sacred Geometry ✨🔺🟦🟢

I joined my lovely Reiki friend Samantha for a course with Kodo at INCENTRE London and what an experience it was. Working through the rituals, I felt some really noticeable sensations, at certain points my whole body went shivery & every hair stood on end. I couldn’t stop smiling! ✨

I also noticed an increase in Byosen sensing in my hands when I treated myself later that evening, which was really interesting. I’m now looking forward to practising what I’ve learnt & seeing how it continues to unfold in my own energy & treatment space.

I feel deeply rooted in that clear, flowing connection with Reiki, and I’m always open to anything that allows me to deepen, expand & become even more aligned with my true self. For me, this isn’t about fixing what is broken or unblocking what is stuck; it’s about continually evolving, deepening & allowing more of what already flows through me to flow.

As a Reiki practitioner, I am the still pond for my clients, creating a safe, peaceful space where their nervous systems can settle, they can rest, soften & let go. The more I nurture my own balance & connection, the more present & grounded I can be as that clear anchor for my clients, friends and loved ones.

None of us are ever “finished”. We’re all constantly learning, evolving & finding our way back to that place of peace, gratitude & love beneath all the noise of everyday life.

So… another little piece of the journey added to the path. 💖✨

Feeling very grateful to be part of the Jikiden Reiki UK Association community and for the ongoing support, knowledge and connection it provides to practitioners. 💕

Projects like Enkaku are such a beautiful reminder of the strength of coming together, sharing Reiki, supporting one another and continuing to learn and grow within this wonderful practice. 🪷✨

Not everyone is responding to you. They’re responding to their experience of you.

The same confidence, boundary, truth or growth can feel inspiring to one person and uncomfortable to another.

That’s not a sign you’re doing something wrong. As you evolve, some relationships will deepen and others may drift. Neither is a measure of your worth.

Your job isn’t to manage everyone’s perception. Your job is to keep becoming more of who you are.

A gentle breeze with familiar scents that bring memories of the long summers of my youth. You remember them, they seemed to stretch on for eternities! Warm, golden and endless. ☀️

Swifts skimming sleek and sure across the vast golden harvested fields.

Fat puffy Clouds, rimmed divinely with bright white light and filled with soft grey, like plump pillows I just yearn to jump into, drifting through a perfect azure sky, the earth has painted such exquisite contrasts this morning, bringing all my senses into awareness!

Get me, it’s even kinda brought out my poetic side, I have always loved creative writing, but only write when inspiration hits, it’s been ten years since I wrote a poem, and that was about my mummy passing away. Maybe that’s the universe giving me a nudge to get writing again! 💕

If life has been feeling a little heavy lately, get yourself out into nature. Breathe in the fresh air. Look up. Notice the little things. You might just remember how wonderful it feels to simply be alive. 🌾

I’ve always enjoyed exploring ideas that encourage me to see life through a different lens.

Different perspectives can influence how we view the world, how we relate to others, and the questions we ask along the way.

Recently, I’ve been exploring Hermetic philosophy and the Hermetic Laws through the work of Dr Stephen Young, and I’ve found the subject fascinating.

Curiosity doesn’t require certainty, but it can open the door to deeper reflection.
