Some experiences don’t leave visible marks…
but they change how you feel about yourself.

Narcissistic abuse isn’t always loud or obvious.
It can be subtle, confusing, and deeply disorientating.

You might not even realise it’s happening at first.

Here are some gentle signs to notice:

You constantly question yourself or feel “too sensitive”
You replay conversations in your head trying to understand what went wrong
You feel drained after interactions, even if nothing “bad” happened
Your confidence has slowly disappeared
You feel like you’re walking on eggshells
You apologise even when you’ve done nothing wrong
You’ve lost touch with who you used to be

Over time, this kind of dynamic can make you feel small, anxious, and disconnected from your own voice.

But here’s the truth…

It’s not you.
It never was.

Your nervous system has simply been trying to keep you safe.

Healing starts with awareness.
With gently noticing.
With coming back to yourself, one step at a time.

This is your reminder…
you are allowed to feel safe, heard, and fully yourself.

If you’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed, tense, or like your body just won’t switch off… you’re not alone.

So many of us are constantly “on”, holding everything together, and never really giving ourselves a proper moment to rest.

This is your reminder that you’re allowed to pause.

To breathe.

To have a moment just for you.
