A little update from me..

The past few months have felt very heavy as I’ve been navigating the loss of my beloved nan, alongside motherhood, work, and running my business. It’s been a season of grief, reflection, and learning what truly needs my energy.

As we move into summer, I’m embracing a slower season..

With SUP Yoga paused while the lake location undergoes redevelopment, and summer naturally inviting us all towards holidays and adventures, I’ve decided not to force things. Instead, I’m choosing rest, family, connection, and rebuilding.

That doesn’t mean I’m disappearing though - You can still find me here this summer:

The final Shakti Circle of this series.
After REST came REGULATE.
Now comes RISE.

A space to expand.
To be seen.
To take up space without apology.

This circle is a celebration of what is already here.
Your strength. Your choices. Your becoming.

And sometimes rising looks powerful.
Sometimes it looks messy, unpolished, and tender.
Sometimes it looks like beginning again.
All expressions are welcome here.

Together we will drink cacao, move through expansive and expressive embodiment movement, journal, share, connect, and step through ‘The Witness Portal’, a space to speak your powerful truth and be fully seen and held by the circle.

A P R I L 🌼

The duality of life felt very present this month. Joy, grief, laughter, change, love, exhaustion.. sometimes all in the same day.

I’m learning not to fight that juxtaposition quite so much. To let myself feel the highs and lows as they come, without needing to explain them away or wait for one feeling to replace another.

Some moments were heavy, some were beautiful. Most were both.

April brought so many little glimmers; time with people I love, nature, retreat, deep breaths, belly laughs, quiet moments..

I feel very grateful to be here living this life 🤍

M A R C H 🍉

Well it seems it’s been a whole month since I last posted.. should I berate myself for not keeping up with instagram’s expectations of a growing business? Or celebrate myself in prioritising real life?

The truth is, this last month has been big and busy. Full to the brim with both the incredibly hard and heavy and equally the exciting and joyful.

So I’m making space for this period of duality. Being present with where my feet are and navigating the full spectrum of emotions.

This month brings my second retreat of the year ‘Ascend’ (now sold out). I am so sooo excited to be back on retreat, but have the mountain of prep to work through before then.

Very veryyy tempted to take a digital break. Or maybe just throw my phone far out to sea and live life from there.. anyone else?! 🌊

February ☔️

Well it rained a lot.
Physically and metaphorically.

The month began on such a high, holding the first retreat of the year; a weekend centred around happiness and the magic of our DOSE hormones. Watching women soften, connect and come back to themselves filled me with so much pride and abundance.

And then… life happened.

House things, life things, the kind of challenges that feel heavy when you’re holding them alone. Doing life, work and motherhood as a single mum sometimes asks a lot of the nervous system..

But slowly the clouds shifted.

The second half of the month brought glimpses of sun - literally and metaphorically. A little more surrender to what’s out of my control, and a gentle return to the small wins & presence:

Tiny hands in mine.
Puddle jumps.
Deep breaths between the chaos.

Rainy months water something too.
Rest. Growth. Perspective.

Here’s to trusting the seasons - in nature and in ourselves 🌦️

🌀REGULATE: Learning Your Nervous System’s Language

Regulation isn’t about being calm. It’s about knowing where you are, and choosing where you want to go.

Most people think “regulated” means peaceful, still, happy. But true nervous system regulation is a spectrum. Sometimes we need softness… and sometimes we need fire. Sometimes grounding… and sometimes activation so we don’t slide into shutdown or procrastination.

This session explores:
✧ How to recognise your state in real time
✧ Tools to shift your energy intentionally
✧ How to stabilise the highs and soften the lows
✧ How to model regulation for others (especially children + loved ones)

When you understand your internal landscape, life becomes less overwhelming and more navigable. You become your own safe place.

Together we will move, breathe, journal, connect and remember the wisdom our bodies already hold.

🌙 REST: The Forgotten Medicine

Rest is not a luxury or reward.
Rest is a right. A reclamation of self.

For so many women, rest is the first thing we sacrifice and the last thing we allow ourselves. I learned this the hard way.. through burnout that forced me into 5 months of stillness and deep inner work. It was humbling, frightening, and ultimately life-saving.

In this first Shakti Circle of the new series, we explore the 7 types of rest. The ones we desperately need but rarely recognise:
✧ Physical
✧ Mental
✧ Emotional
✧ Sensory
✧ Creative
✧ Social
✧ Spiritual

We’ll explore what they are, how to identify which type you’re craving, and how to weave each into your daily life in simple, nourishing ways. This isn’t about creating more on your to-do list, but allowing you to step back and open up much needed space.

Through ritual, cacao, movement, and sisterhood, we unlearn the conditioning that tells us productivity equals worth, and relearn how to soften into the support our bodies have been asking for.

Happy Blue Monday 🎈

They say it’s the hardest day of the year. So we’ve played, we laughed, we moved.

Happiness isn’t always a big fix. Often, it’s the accumulation of small moments of joy. Here’s some gentle ways you can tap into your D.O.S.E hormones and lift your spirit:

✨ Dopamine | try something new
Walk a different way, a playful challenge, a moment of creativity.

🤍 Oxytocin | connect�Hugs, laughter, shared presence. We’re wired for connection - human or furry

😂 Endorphins | move & laugh�Gentle movement, stretching, dancing, anything that feels good.. the sillier the better!

☀️ Serotonin | slow down & be present�Natural light, fresh air, noticing the small good things; the sound of the rain, the first sip of your morning tea
�Nothing big, just small moments of joy.

When we treat rest, boundaries, and our basic needs as non-negotiables, rather than rewards, everything shifts.

This is the energy I’m consciously choosing to bring into 2026; less pushing, more listening & respecting my nervous system.
