I can’t recommend Mathew enough. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and genuinely attentive, taking the time to understand what was causing my discomfort rather than simply treating the symptoms.

The sessions have made a real difference to how I feel physically, and I always leave feeling more relaxed, comfortable and aware of my body. His approach is calm, personalised and reassuring, and I feel completely in safe hands throughout each session
