Still can’t get over what an unbelievably fun day that was! It’s been a year filled with the highest of highs, some incredible experiences, but also some really hard times; I’m so pleased to have done it all with you by my side 💕

Playing around, practicing, getting it wrong, trying again!

Reformer Pilates Thoughts:

How’s my technique, have I remembered this properly?

Is my form as good irl as it is in my head? NO 🤣 Watching this back is humbling!

How many springs & which colour on a contemporary reformer when I’ve been training on a classical one?

Are my heels staying lifted? Did I actually lift my chest?

I forgot to move the carriage before pulling on the straps in rowing 🙈 And at times struggled to keep the carriage still when it was supposed to be still!

Was I supposed to do this move with the long box or short box?

Where are the sticky mats? Suddenly realising whilst sliding all over the place that I should have found one beforehand

Is my Upstretch anything like it should be?! 🤣

This is why it’s always a Pilates practice!
