On Tuesday I had the pleasure of visiting Crestwood Community School and delivering talks to two year 10 Health and Social Care classes about what I do in my business and why! With a particular focus on Sports Massage and Reiki.

I didn't really know what to expect but was pleased to find the students were engaged, friendly and asked some interesting questions. 💚

As a lot of you will know, I will happily chat away about everything and anything so being asked to provide these talks was a no brainer for me! I am really grateful for the positive feedback and that the students didn't think I was totally mad! 😂

🌱💚 Equinox Blessings one and all 💚🌱

Today we celebrate the Spring Equinox (in the Northern Hemisphere) one of the two Equinoxes in the year where the day and night are of equal length. ☀️ 🌑

The energies of this day are all about balance and awakening. Nature is coming alive and the light in our days will now begin to outweigh the dark, giving the promise of the sun and allowing us to focus and move into our plans for the year. 💚

Today also marks the first day of Aries season ♈ The leader of the zodiac, this firey forward moving energy helps us to embrace our passion and take action!
