Faye works as a healer channel, a vocal healer channel, sound healing therapist, crystal sound activation practitioner, shamanic practitioner and direct Source physical medium and clairvoyant. She combines compassion, deep understanding and empathy with lifetimes of experience and humour. Faye runs regular retreats and workshops, drum circles, singing circles, group sound and gong journeys, shamanic journeying to the drum and a glorious workshop/retreat to free your voice and do intense healing work around discovering your soul blueprint which is carried in your voice. Faye's medicine hand drums and rattles are mostly made to order specific to each individuals energy and requirements. Drums can be made using either deer or pony hide at 13" (beautiful travelling or child's drum)15" or 18". Hoops are made from the wood available at the time. Faye works in a sacred way, ceremonially, honouring the spirits of both the animal and the tree throughout the birthing process. These drums will carry elements of each individual's energy and medicine as Faye works specifically with that as she does with the spirit of the wood and the animal. As soon as you tell her that you wish her to make you a drum, the healing work begins and will continue throughout the process. A powerful 1:1 medicine drum birthing retreat day held for my beautiful friend, Aziz, on Sunday just gone.

Blessed with good weather, held by spirit during the death and rebirthing processes, Aziz birthed her medicine into her drum, awoke the spirits of deer and ash and awakened the next step on her journey. Already an inspirational woman, her drum will become a powerful ally in her work with Muslim women.

If you are tired of swallowing your boundaries, feeling a physical lump in your throat, or flatly hating the sound of your own voice, your medicine could be waiting for you in Herefordshire this September.

Free Your Voice, Sound Your Soul is a powerful 4-part series of deep somatic and shamanic day-retreats designed to systematically unblock, release, and manifest your authentic expression.

Please note: This has absolutely nothing to do with singing. You do not need to be musical. This is about raw, unfiltered energetic reclamation.

Our journey begins this autumn at the beautiful, historic Hellens Manor in Much Marcle, Herefordshire, with:

PART 1: BEFRIENDING THE SELF – Overcoming the Fear of Being Heard.
Together, we will step into a beautiful timber barn and create a held container in order to move past self-consciousness and take up space.

• Labyrinth Inbound (Release): Walk the manor's sacred yew labyrinth, ushered by the frequency of a specially channelled instrument to physically shed the fear of judgment.
• The Center (Unblock): Clear the throat chakra at the heart of the labyrinth and anchor your right to be heard.
• Labyrinth Outbound (Manifest): Step back into the world guided by a second channelled instrument, speaking your future into existence.
• Ancient Grounding: A concluding pilgrimage to sit inside the hollow, living cavern of Much Marcle’s famous 1,500-year-old Churchyard Yew Tree.
• Nourishment: A cozy autumn lunch of home-cooked soup, bread and cheeses.Herbal teas throughout the day.

Yesterday it rained properly. The first time in months. Standing barefooted on the grass I felt Mother Earth sigh in relief. Every plant, blade of grass, tree, insect, worm, micro-organism, opening up to welcome the water with joy.

The birds bathed in it, their songs louder, joyous, celebrating the cool air and the droplets washing through their dusty feathers. The frogs in my garden sat under it.

The buddleia tree bowed down holding the water in her flowers ready for the butterflies and bees to sip from them.

What joy to feel the water on my skin, the freshness that rain brings, the smell of her in the air. What joy to witness nature's response to her.
