A huge thank you to everyone who attended our Open Afternoon on Sunday 14th June.

The event was very well attended, and it was lovely to chat with so many people throughout the afternoon.

We’re also pleased to say that, thanks to your generosity, we raised over £80.

Thank you to everyone who came along, supported the event and helped make it such a success. Your continued support is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to seeing you again at future events.

We are now busy planning a Summer Fair at the Centre on Saturday 15th August from 12pm to 4pm.

There will be stalls, a dog show, hobby horse show jumping and much more for everyone to enjoy.

We’ll be sharing more details as plans come together, but for now, please save the date and add it to your diaries.

We look forward to welcoming you all for what promises to be a fun afternoon for the whole community.

What an amazing time we had today with everyone from

We delivered a wellbeing session which 10 people took part in, and it was a fantastic day all round. Lots of engagement, positivity, and smiles throughout the session.

It was a real pleasure to spend time together and we hope to see you all again soon!

It is hard to believe that we have now been open for over seven months. During that time, so much has happened, and I am delighted to say that things are going very well.

A fantastic local RDA centre providing horse based activities for children and young people with additional needs.

At Trewen Meadows, participants build confidence, independence, and enjoyment in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment through regular tailored riding and ground based sessions.

The centre is totally self-funded, and relies on the generosity of donations to keep these valuable sessions running. Every contribution helps make a real difference.

Volunteers are also warmly welcomed to support sessions, care for the horses, and help create these life-changing experiences for participants 🌟

A huge well done to Aaron, who visited the centre for the very first time!

Aaron came along for a session with Vicky Fudge and thought he was only going to have a ride on our mechanical horse. Little did he know, we had a special surprise in store!

Using our hoist, we were able to help Aaron mount the lovely Dolly and enjoy a real riding experience. The smile on his face said it all!

What an incredible first visit and a day to remember. We can't wait to see you again soon, Aaron.
