Two hammy’s and two calves please 💆‍♂️

Like so many of yoh Nigel smashed the Hereford 10km this weekend 🙌

Finishing 6th took it’s toll though as his hamstrings and calves were still sore on Wednesday this week 😬

He did the right thing by booking a massage to help with his recovery and make sure he can continue his training for the next event.

Are you still a little bit tight or sore from the last event❓

Huge congratulations to my client Danielle who recently completed her first ever 50km ultra 🙌

Danielle contacted me as she had some knee pain months ago, and with her training has seemed to have some sort of pain all over the lower limb 🤦‍♂️

However, she completed the event in a much better condition than she thought 💪

As always with you marathon runners and ultra runners you moan f*ck about the training, but one of the first things Danielle said in our session DAYS after the event was that she’s already got her eye on another one 😂

You lot are mad but it keeps me busy 😬

Congratulations to another member of Neil Harper who smashed the London Marathon this year getting a sub 4hr ❗️

He originally contacted me two weeks prior to the big day with a concern around some calve pain, which fortunately wasn’t as bad as we once thought.

We also did a bit of massage the week leading up to the event just to make sure he was fully prepped.

Congratulations Neil - onto the next event 🏃

Jack contacted me with pain on the inside of his ankle following a football game.

We progressed the exercises over a couple of weeks and he was back playing in no time ⚽️
