Honestly — most people do.

You’re not looking for a twelve week programme with fifty exercises. You want to know what’s wrong, get it sorted, and get back to training.

That’s not impatience. That’s completely reasonable.

And the truth is — the quicker you get the right diagnosis and the right plan, the faster you get results. It’s the guessing, the waiting, and the generic advice that drags things out.

A proper assessment in session one means no time wasted on the wrong treatment. You leave knowing exactly what’s going on and what needs to happen next.

Some injuries genuinely do need time. Tissue heals at its own pace and rushing that creates bigger problems down the line.

But the rehab around it — the exercises, the load management, the hands-on work — that’s designed to speed the process up. Not slow it down.

The goal is always to get you better as efficiently as possible. Not to keep you coming back longer than you need to.

If you want to get this sorted quickly and properly — that’s exactly the kind of person I work best with.

Life is busy. Training, work, family - the diary is already full.

And the thought of adding regular appointments on top of everything else feels like one more thing to juggle.

I get it completely.

But here’s what most people find when they actually look at it — one session a week, or even one every couple of weeks, is usually enough to make real progress. It doesn’t have to be every few days.

Sessions are an hour. That’s it.

And the rehab work happens around your existing routine - not instead of it. A few targeted exercises fitted around your training, not a separate programme that takes over your week.

The bigger time cost is usually leaving it.
More missed training sessions. More weeks of managing something that isn’t getting better. More time spent thinking about it.

One appointment to get clarity on what’s going on - that’s the starting point.

Everything else builds from there at a pace that works for you.

If schedule is the main thing holding you back — let’s figure out what actually works.

This is a really common concern. And an honest one.

You’re used to training hard. Pushing yourself. Doing sessions that feel like they’re actually doing something. The idea of spending weeks doing slow, small exercises that feel nothing like your normal training — that’s not exactly motivating.

So you wonder whether you’ll actually follow through.

Here’s the thing though — good rehab shouldn’t feel completely disconnected from what you normally do.

The best plans are built around your life, your training, and what you can actually commit to. Not a long list of generic exercises that sit on a piece of paper and never get done.

It should feel progressive. Like you’re building towards something — because you are. Each exercise has a purpose. Each week should feel like a step forward.

And it should fit around your training where possible — not replace it entirely.

If you’ve been put off rehab before because it felt pointless or boring — that’s not what it has to be.

Message me INFO and let’s build something you’ll actually stick to.
