There are according to statistics 65 active conflicts on the planet at the moment. This is the highest for 80 years (since 1946). 65 is one of the numbers at the centre of the DNA helix, the biology of human life. This number highlights the need to relate, to learn to listen, compassion, to take a step back and look at the bigger picture, to gain clarity and demonstrate common sense. It's about respect, asking us to clear misunderstandings by going deep within our soul to find the source. The 5 indicates higher emotional intelligence - to go beyond the surface and recognize humanity is intrinsically connected.
The Human Rights act for Freedom of Opinion and Expression in 1948 (22/4 - new foundations , responsibility , openness, tolerance) came into being to recognize all citizens of the world as equal. There is continuing debate about a loss of freedom of speech and expression; people need to be true to themselves.
We are now in a 1 Universal Year (2026 = 10/1) Its the number for new beginnings, problem solving, and for discovering purpose or direction in life. It's a powerful time for individualization; for everyone to be able to speak their truth (opinion) without imposing it on others and without being judged. Sometimes when we own our opinion we may not need to express it - it's anchored within. We are simply being. This is huge work for humanity and work in progress. Soul is always INCLUSIVE.

The world is on fire right now rising through extraordinary transition. Nature is also fighting for survival (the environment) with temperatures rising worldwide making parts of the world uninhabitable. Humanity is experiencing a heightened reactive state. All reactions are useful; they lead us within to discover our own truth and to make peace with what we find. It takes courage to express our truth. It takes love to heal. We are all human beings. One soul. One love.
