Bowen works mainly on the fascia - the connective tissue that sits just under our skin, makes up ligaments and tendons and surrounds all our organs. It does a tremendous work keeping us upright and moving, protecting us from damage while silently communicating across the whole body and sending vital signals to our brain about where our body is and how it's doing.
