Cancellation Policy

From Monday 14th July 2025 there will be a cancellation policy in place. I will require at least 24 hours notice of cancelling your appointment. If less than 24 hour notice to cancel is given a 50% charge of your appointment will be required.

This is something I have been reluctant to do but unfortunately over the last few weeks I have had a lot of cancelled appointments. I do understand that no one can predict illness and sometimes things do pop up out of the sky. However this is my only income and I rely on my booked appointments turning up to be able to pay myself a wage.I hope this comes across well.

4th July re opening!!!

We’ve been hard at work rearranging the salon for the safety of the customers and us...

• A sanitising station by the entrance with hand gel to use upon arrival.

• The waiting area has been removed as you will have to arrive on time for your appointment. Please do not arrive early as we are only allowed limited people in the salon at one time.

• Please arrive to your appointment alone.

• Unfortunately we will not be allowed to offer beverages or magazines. Please bring your own bottle of water or hot drink. You will be asked to take this away with you and dispose of it yourself.

• We will be in full PPE so we ask you are wear a mask upon your arrival.

!!! There will be a further update closer to time of re-opening
