We’re excited to officially welcome Lili to the Pressed & Blessed team as our Executive Assistant, Growth & Partnerships Coordinator.

At just 18 years old, Lili is taking her first steps into the world of business after college, bringing with her a genuine passion for health, wellbeing, business and personal development.

One of the things that matters most to us at Pressed & Blessed is creating opportunities for local people to grow alongside local businesses.

We’re a young business, rooted here in Royston, and we believe in investing in people, developing talent and creating opportunities that help our community thrive.

Lili joins us at an exciting stage of our journey and will be supporting the growth of Pressed & Blessed through events, partnerships, networking, client communication and helping us bring the Back to Balance message to more people across the local area.

Over the coming months you’ll see Lili getting involved in our events, meeting local businesses, building partnerships and helping us create new opportunities for both Pressed & Blessed and the wider community.

One of the biggest myths in health is that eating healthy automatically means you’ll feel healthy.

Over the last few months I’ve lost count of how many conversations I’ve had with people who tell me.

“I eat loads of salad.”

“I drink smoothies.”

“I’ve cut out all the bad stuff.”

Yet they’re still bloated.

Still uncomfortable.

Still exhausted.

Still wondering what they’re doing wrong.

I never thought festivals were for people like me.

For most of my adult life, every invitation came with a calculation.

Could I walk that far?

Would my stomach cope?

Where are the toilets?

What happens if I need to leave early?

Twenty years of bowel disease taught me how to survive.

What it didn’t teach me was how to fully live.

A few weeks ago I found myself standing barefoot in a field at my first festival.

Dancing.

Laughing.

Staying up far later than I normally would.
