I’ve been doing a handful of canvas paintings, the subject of which is 80’s childhood memories - going off the classic term “ ah I used to have one of those “

In each painting I’ve added an original toy from that era ( He - Man being the exception as unfortunately, the soft head of the original figure hasn’t aged well, so he is replaced with a re release version )

The Star Wars figures date as far back as 1978

Each square canvas is 50x50cm and is fixed onto a wooden backplate. Each square painting has elements of glow in the dark and glitter effect.

Each Star Wars canvas is 70x50cm.

Each canvas is without a frame ( the framed images are just to show how they could look ).

P.S ….. Canvas is hard to photograph and does give a slight washed out image…. The paintings are much more vibrant
