🌟 Staff Shout-Outs – Stars 🌟
This month, we’re celebrating three incredible team members whose dedication and heart have truly made a difference:
💡 Charlotte – For being a light in the dark. When the power went out, Charlotte stayed calm, compassionate, and committed—bringing comfort and safety to our residents when it mattered most.
💖 Ayushh – For showing deep care from day one. His gentle approach, respectful manner, and genuine connection with residents remind us what true caregiving looks like.
🔍 Tetiana – For noticing the little things. Her attention to detail, quiet dignity, and thoughtful care ensure that every resident feels seen, heard, and valued.
Thank you all for going above and beyond. You embody the spirit of our home, and we’re so proud to have you on the team 💐

LOVE this ❤️ ...
thank you for making our party fun ###

Woodville Care Home recently held a summer party for their residents and friends/family. Rugby SNT Officers were also invited to join in with the festivities. It was a fantastic afternoon with great food, live singers, dancing and plenty of chatter. Thank you to all the staff and residents at Woodville Care Home for always making us feel so welcome. We look forward to seeing you again real soon!

These two ladies love to go to church, that's the nicest thing about being located so near to Rugby Town Centre, the kind staff of Woodville help accommodate these visits ❤️
